Our researchers come from a variety of backgrounds including retail, high tech, sales, law, finance, healthcare, and other fields. They have a breadth of industry knowledge which adds to their ability to generate insightful feedback. Mapstone Research has expertise in voice of the customer interviewing techniques.
Focus on Professionalism
We strive to uphold the highest levels of professionalism. All of our researchers hold at least a Bachelors degree, with many having a Masters, PhD or J.D. degree. They are trained, coached and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Our people have excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
